"We bought a new house in Oct of 2022 and worked with Eli to install new windows in April of 2023. Eli was upfront on cost and timing. Cost didn't change and timeline proposed by Eli was met without delay. There was an issue with 2 windows, both of which were sorted by Eli without question. As for quality, there is one window in our home that wasn't replaced due to shipping issue, with the heat in Texas, that particular room is about 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. It's terrifying to think of my energy bill and experience would be in the Texas heat without these new windows. We went from single-pane to double-pane windows, was the best decision we made all year. Good communication and reliability from Longhorn Windows, good quality product and the price worked.
